Google+ is currently limited to only few people and only those with an invitation offer can join. This is a great strategy used by Google to attract the people.

Rising Cyber Attacks

The recent rise of cyber attacks have become a great concern for all the influential organizations world wide.

What is a cyber attack ? It is an attempt to gain control to the computer and track the movements of an individual or a group without their permission. This can be the new form of weapon to fight against a country. Why waste bullets and money when a country can be shut down in just minutes by aiming the power grids, national banks etc.

This is known as cyber warfare. The Economist describes cyber-warfare as the 'fifth domain of warfare and the US Defense Department recently categorized any serious

cyber attack as an act of war.

Previously hackers, for the sake of fun, used to target single user computers but gradually they began to form groups, powerful ones to attack the big shots.

As I started writing this post, a new attack had occurred . International Monetary Fund (IMF) reported that its computer system had a major breach. It was targeted by hackers who they believe are connected to a foreign government. The hackers stole email and other important documents.

o As we all know, Gmail was attacked where accounts of high state officials from the US and Asia,military personnel, journalists and many others were hacked. The only action that was taken by Google was to trace the attack. What else could be done ? We do not expect them to attack or arrest those who were guilty. Its the job of the Pentagon but sadly it is not doing much to tackle such problems.. It was found out that it came from a province in China,Jinan. China on the other hand warned Google not to point fingers at them without proper proof otherwise they would face drastic actions.

o After Gmail, the next target was Lockheed Martin. For those who do not know Lockheed Martin, it is a company which deals with American Aerospace, Security,Defense and other technology company. As soon as the attack took place, Lockheed detected it fast and took security measures which enabled them to be secure. No valuable information were compromised. I should say, Lockheed was lucky.

o Sony,the entertainment giant was also attacked, not one, but two successive attacks in a matter of days. The hackers stole millons of personal information and password of all the accounts associated with the Playstation Network.This was a blow to all the gamers owning the PS3. I bet the rival, XBOX 360 has already taken security measure for its XBOX Live network, which has more users than PSN (Playstation Network).

o Instead of XBOX 360 being the target, poor Nintendo became a victim but it was reported that no company or personal information was lost. I guess they were lucky that day!

o The gaming publisher from UK- Codemasters, who recently released Dirt 3, was hacked in June 3. It is sad that the names, all the personal information, ip addresses were all stolen in this attack. According to Codemasters, they had no idea who staged the attack and how many users information were stolen.

o We have seen that almost all of them were attacked but there is this special group who call themselves LulzSec, who sent a warning email to the National Health Security in UK. They were kind enough not to attack them but stated in an email to them that their network servers were easily reachable. According to Lulzsec, they wanted to help them. So generous! Check out the letter they sent to NHS here!

Lulzsec also claims responsibility for the Sony attack.

So as we can see, there has been a lot of attack in the past days. Such attacks cause a great loss in both revenue and the reputation of the company. For example, Sony's breach obviously caused a panic and therefore it caused most of the users to either stop playing in the network or just shift to the other console. A company faced by an attack shows that it simply did not invest more in security measures. This makes the users to trust less to those companies who have faced such an attack.

Moreover, the people behind the attacks are not some computer geek sitting in his house and hacking or a teenager experienced in programming just testing out some hacking tricks. They are an organized group with experienced individuals who have a motive to do something great.

The rise of cyber attacks is a clear sign that in the future, it could lead to wars. As NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said,

“A well orchestrated cyber attack can turn off the power in your house, your city, your country. It can shut down air traffic control. It can shut down banks. In short, a cyber attack can bring a country down without a single soldier having to cross its borders… It is no exaggeration to state that cyber attacks have become a new form of permanent, low-level warfare.”

In order to tackle such problem, FBI has already taken their steps to arrest those responsible and also are beefing up the security of the organisations who are having risk of an attack.

I seriously do not want to see another war being fought because of this reason. For one soldier who would take the initiative to attack a country through the cyberspace, millions of people would be at risk! Hope these issues would be solved through negotiations rather than engaging in a war.

The Mysterious House

I have always passed by this grandeur house and all I could do is nothing but stare. Beautiful isn't it ? The design of the building is based on the word, 'Allah' in Arabic.So in order to find the answer to my question, I ask 10 different people, "Who owns this house ?" I got 10 different answers. The best answer by a random person was, "A renowned Mafia Don lives here". I could do nothing but stare at him with a blank look. I guess I asked the wrong people ? Anyways, I asked my father about this today and he said it was owned by a person named, Sher-E-Khwaja. Now what do you do when you hear something abnormal ? Google.

What I found was pretty interesting. According to 'outdated' official website, Sher-E-Khwaja is described as a spiritual leader and also the Chairman of World Peace and Economic Development (WPEDO). This house is both his residence and the head office of WPEDO.

He is widely known for his correct prediction of the assassination of Rajiv Ghandi, the 6th Prime Minister of India.

The only update that I found of him in Google was his attending to Obama's Birth anniversary in Washington by a special invitation by the President himself. Pretty influential person I see.

The River and the Sea

While travelling for miles and miles, I always expect to see something which is eye-catching. Being on the road for almost 2 hours with nothing but plain green land stretching to the point our eyes can reach, is in a way boring for me. Well, for travellers from other countries this might be a spectacular view. When I realise the car heading towards a bridge, I literally put my head out to see the vast river with small and big boats sailing. To me this is a 'spectacular view'! The fresh air crashing on my face feel so comfortable, it makes me want to stand on the bridge as long as possible, provided that there is no sun! Otherwise I would be fully baked!

The picture above was taken on the Meghna Bridge in Bangladesh built over the Meghna river. What made the picture more better was the absence of sunlight.To me, this picture made me realise how long and vast a river can be, and most importantly calm!

As I browsed my other picture albums, I found a picture that I took in Cox's Bazaar showing the sea, the mighty Bay of Bengal. The sea is basically the 'big-daddy' of the river. The only difference between these two is the waves and sound. The river is somewhat very calm in nature with small waves flowing but the waves in the sea are fierce and creates this crashing sound!

Both has its own speciality and the best part, we like it :)

He keeps on driving, under the scorching heat, fighting sweat and all the odds , having only one goal in his mind- to keep his family safe and sound, out of poverty.

I took this picture, not in Dhaka city,but in the Dhaka-Chittagong highway where vehicles run over 110 km/h. The picture looks to be calm in nature, well that was only for 10 seconds. After taking this photo, I found the rickshaw on the sandy part of the road due to the incoming cars and buses.
Its sad that, as they find no other jobs, they have to land into this tiresome profession to keep themselves alive. Other transports actually live in comfort, they basically do nothing but just move their hands by steering but these people have to keep their legs in motion constantly and also their hands for maintaining the direction. Moreover, strength is a big factor here too but not for them. Carrying three people is nothing for them, but for you and me, it would be havoc.

<- Only God knows from where he started and where he is going to end, because miles after miles I only saw the highway with nothing on the left and right!

Tintin | The movie

Tintin,one of the world's most popular and probably the oldest comic book created by Belgian artist, George Rem (who we all know as 'Herge') , is finally getting released as a 3D animation film in December 23rd 2011 in the US and a month before in Europe and Asia. The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn is a joint effort by the legends of the Hollywood Industry, Peter Jackson and Steven Spielberg.

The first installment of the tri-series film is being directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Peter Jackson. and the film is using the same performance motion capture technology that was used by James Cameron in his movie, the Avatar.The script of this film is based on three of the stories, Red Rackham's Treasure, The Crab with the Golden Claws and The Secret of the Unicorn.

The Trailer was released recently (see below) and to me it seems, Tintin might be already heading towards winning an award in the animated category in the future Oscars (thats what I think for now!), atleast that is what Spielberg wants! Initially, as I heard of a Tintin film coming to life, I expected the movie to be acted by 'real actors' but after watching the trailer, I wasn't disappointed at all ! Character details and animation of Tintin and his white dog Snowy and others are so finely detailed that at some point the movie seems to be real !

Anyways, I personally have been a great fan of Tintin since I was a kid, buying all the comics and collecting it was a hobby for me. After seeing all the film adaptations from games and comics such as Batman, Spiderman , I always hoped for Tintin to appear in Hollywood and thanks to Spielberg and Jackson, we are finally getting it, not one but three of it. By the releasing the trailer, I am pretty sure that most of the people have already thronged the comic book stores to buy Tintin comic books again. Lets just hope when its release, it can surpass our expectations.

The Three Buildings

Whenever I go to my roof, either at day or night, these three buildings always catches my eye as it stands tall among all the tiny buildings around its zone, acting as the guardian.

At night, the bright lights from the buildings illuminates the entire area which makes it look gorgeous. I always tried of snapping some pictures of this building but was unable due to lack of knowledge on cameras! :P But after learning , I figured out a way to do this! Its all about shutter speed and aperture! Simple. Anyways, as usual, I used my camera, the grand father of all the cameras, the Cybershot P93A. I just wonder, how awesome it would have looked if taken by a SLR !

Microsoft buys Skype!!

Skype, as we all know, is the most used software for making video calls, conferencing and audio calls. It is indeed the best way to keep in contact with your closed ones who are living abroad and the best thing is, it's totally free of cost. Oh wait, its not skype anymore! its...Microsoft Skype!!..

Microsoft, in its largest acquisition ever is buying Skype Technologies SA for $8.5 billion in cash! Now thats a lot of money! Previously, Microsoft's largest buy was $5.9 billion for an advertising firm, aQuantive Inc. And now this! As being a part of Microsoft, Skype would support devices like Xbox and Kinect and other windows devices. Those using Xbox Live will now be talking in skype!
Buying Skype has given Microsoft a great advantage and a huge boost in the communications sector. According to Microsoft's Press Release, Skype CEO Tony Bates will get the title as the President of Microsoft Skype. As Tony Bates says, "Microsoft and Skype share the vision of bringing software innovation and products to our customers.Together, we will be able to accelerate Skype's plans to extend our global community and introduce new ways for everyone to communicate and collaborate".

Honestly, this isn't a good news for me. I have a bad feeling that things wont be as normal as it was! Some services which we used to enjoy might be charged. I do not know if this will happen, just a speculation! Skype was way better alone! More over, our Big Daddy Microsoft is a maker of bugs and I do expect bugs in the upcoming days!

Osama Bin Laden is Dead- Who really is the winner in this War in Terror?

After a decade, the Americans finally got their revenge, the most wanted man in the whole world, the worst terrorist that ever lived in human history, Osama Bin Laden. I am very happy that the families of the victims of 9/11 can find justice in this killing.:) But the question is who really is the winner in this War on Terrorism game. Please note I will be writing in totally neutral view....

We know Osama and his Al Qaeda fought against the Soviets in 1980s and totally crumbled them and drove them away from Afghanistan and their war against the Soviets was a success. According to them 'they used guerrilla warfare and the ware of attrition to fight the tyrannical superpowers'.
So what was their tactic ? They bled the Soviet power by bankrupting them for 10 long years and then finally the Soviets had no other choice and was forced to leave this country.This means, the Al-Qaeda simply put the country in huge debt by wasting their money on making weapons, ammunition, rockets etc. What they did was just put two AL-Qaeda fighters, who acted as a bait, in front of the Soviet soldiers and kept running around so that they could simply waste the ammunition of the Soviets. What a tactic :P No wonder it took them 10 long years to succeed and lose many human lives.

The same case is/was with the US. According to the news sources, Bin Laden spent about $500000 to carry out the worst terrorist attack in history, the 9/11 and as the US went to bring him down, (also engaging in other wars) the country fell into a huge debt. Bin Laden used the tactic- BAIT. When this report was published in 2004 by Al Jazeera , the total US National Debt was $7 trillion. At present, the numbers have risen to 15 yes $15 trillion in debt. Obviously the wars, and the recent war in Libya fueled the drastic increase.

So who is the winner ? In terms of economics, as US had higher costs compared to Bin laden's, of course Bin Laden is the winner but of course in case of hunting down the main target, US is the winner.

On the other hand, I feel something is not right here in the killings. Normally, who ever the US kills, a high target preferably, they always show the photos but for Osama, they did not. If there is no proof how do we believe he is dead ? I mean its a great news for the Americans that he is down, but what if one fine day, the citizens get to see Osama again in a video or something. Oh well forget it, the Al-qaeda confirmed his death!

I just hope that the US govt. will stop all the ongoing wars as soon as possible in order to get out from this huge debt.

Traffic jam, a never ending problem here and I guess every where else. As days go by, people are getting rich and rich and the first thing that comes to person's mind (who does not have a car) is to have a car of his own.

Anyways, we seem to have a negative impact on traffic jams. Why take things negatively ? Lets see it in a positive way in any way possible !!

Sadly, couldn't take any more pics other than these due to shortage of battery power. I took the photo standing on a overbridge and saw this awesome sight. Standing on one part of the bridge gives you the vast 'white' view and the other side gives you the 'red' view.
( White, because of the white lights and Red, due to red back light. :P just clearing it in case :P )

So next time you find a traffic jam on the road while walking, try finding a over bridge, stand on it and view the spectacular sight. Oh yes, a condition ! Has to be at night !

After the successful uprising in Egypt and ending the 3 decade rule of Hosni Mubarak, this had a ripple effect all around the middle-eastern countries where theres no democracy. As protests are still going on in countries such as Yemen, Alegeria, the uprising in Libya is becoming dangerous day by day,....

where Col Muhammar Gaddafi has been ruling for 40 years!!! I wish I could write 'had' been ruling.
Gaddafi has no remorse of killing his own countrymen, he promised to go house by house and kill every protestors, not only that, he even recently stated that the mind of the youth has been 'drugged' by Al-Qaeda. I am sure by now, Al - Qaeda is pissed off by the comment stated by Gaddafi. I hope they really do go to Libya and support the people to topple this wretched regime.

A leader can never stand if the citizens does not want him/her to stay. To stay by force is to have anarchy in the state. Why is Gaddafi so ruthless and power-hungry ? I mean seriously, Step Down peacefully. This guy has made a lot of money and so i guess he should now retire and enjoy the rest of his life. Does he want to take his leadership to his grave too ? 40 years of rule - not a joke.

Following are the shocking videos that have been released by the Libyans.

Video 1 shows yellow hatted people who are supposedly Gaddafi's mercenaries entering houses and killing people in cold blood.

Video 2 shows the army personnels who were shot dead by the mercenaries because they disobeyed the orders of Gaddafi to shoot at the protesters.

So, what we find out is that, day by day even the army is going by the side of the people. This is true because all ready lots of generals, even ministers, member of Parliament have resigned. Still, Gaddafi is not moved by this.
Anyways, I hope that this violence stops and wish Gaddafi would have some human genes in him so that he could consider to step down and bring peace to his country, InshAllah!

A ship, stranded alone.

This picture was taken in Cox's Bazar when I was on my way to Inani Beach. A breathtaking view !! What amazed me the most was when I returned back. In the picture you can see the water level at a minimum, but when I passed this road again few hours later, I found the whole place filled up with sea water. Forgot what we normally call this..I guess high tide!

Sorry for the low quality photo. Photo was taken in Sony Cybershot DSC-P93A. Although this is the era of DSLR, I have a great interest in it. Sadly, with its high prices ranging from $400 and above, it is somewhat difficult to procure it at the moment. But, where there is a will there is a way!

Anyways, would be uploading more photos soon and I am planning to close the Photography page and post all the photos in the home page :) I guess, it would look better!

Anyways, wanted to share with you all the secrets that lie on the one dollar bill. The side which shows the the pyramid with the one eye on top. Thanks to those who revealed it!!

Here we can clearly see the one eye above the pyramid which symbolises the Illuminati. Simple image, nothing to see here. But the image below can explain everything.
Firstly, whatever I am going to say, lets take it as a pure coincidence.
Arrite, here you can see I have highlighted the words A S M O N, just thinking of the fact that the one eye might have something to do with Freemasons, which in fact they do. The Masons are directly connected to the works of the Illuminati and not only that, they regard the one eye as their symbol.
After highlighting the words, I wanted to join the lines and bingo, I come up with a Jewish star. Strange it is, is not it ?

Whats so strange here ? As you can see, above the 1, theres a tiny owl or some sort of animal standing there. Most preferrably, an owl. Lets say, its some living thing. "When I first started blogging, I always wanted to share my thoughts on the people/groups behind the 'curtain' and those who are actually running our world. All the events (such as assassinations, war, depression, tension between countries,terrorism etc)that are happening around the world and that has happened in the past, occurred due to certain 'reasons'. Reasons that are totally for their own benefit, not ours.
These people who are behind the curtain have a certain goal, a goal that would erase the borders and unite all the citizens and bring them under one government, the New World Order.
The mastermind behind the establishment of the New World Order is the Illuminati, meaning 'enlightened'. These people are simply the supporters of the Antichrist and they are going to do all that it takes to make this work."

Sounds meaningless right ? I mean how on earth is it possible to unite all the countries and have only one government. I know, whatever I have said totally sounds like a movie.
Let me share with you about my experience on how I got involved with these.
It was 2 years ago when I watched this mini-film called the Arrivals, directed by some students trying to unplug everyone.It is a 51 episode long series which describes everything about the Illuminati and its aims. This was my first step to understand what exactly is going on! Later on I started researching on my own and found out that something is not right and all the high-ups were up to something great.
I used to discuss these with my friends, but what would I expect more than just laughter from them ? After a year, they come to me and say, " Bro, whatever you said was true, we watched this series and yes, something is definitely not right "

Knowing about the people behind the curtain is simply unplugging yourself from the system and not following them. Yes my friends, all of us are plugged and we do whatever the government tells us to do and most importantly, believe whatever the media says. Do we even ever ask ourselves what if the news given by the media were all made up and complete bunch of lies ?

Anyways, let me give you a brief description of those who basically are part of the Illuminati.

#The same people that control the banks, insurance companies, big factories, big real estate.
#The same people that control all the mass media in the NATO countries.
#The same people that control the major christian churches, including the Vatican, since John XXIII, except for a short month
#The same people that are organised as a secret society in a pyramid of secrecy grades. A secret society from which, after the first grades, there's no escape.
#The same people that believe that their god (satan) created a few enlighened (they, the illuminati) and a mass of slaves, whose only purpose is to serve them until the day they decide they should be slaughtered.
#The same people that saw the confirmation of the apocalyptic effects of the atomic bomb, in 1945, as the ultimate proof of their religion, the triumph of evil : the proof that evil was capable of destroying creation; in particular the proof that a few illuminati could destroy billions of sheeple in seconds.

EXIT 2010- ENTER 2011

As a new year approaches, it just frightens me.. Do you know why ? The day of Judgement, Apocalypse, Mass suicide, Planets colliding, people dying, end of human race and whatever-worse-can-happen is approaching right at the door.

Yes my dear friends, its 2012. Am I scared ? No, I was just sarcastic :D. I remember the warning that was given by the 'famous' scientists that all the planets would be aligned and the Apocalypse would occur, somewhere around the year 2001. So, as we are still alive, it seems their calculation was wrong. Now, they say the same thing all over again with a huge lump of spice added over it. You know, the Mayan civilization and all. I say, lets just wait and see what happens and till then..enjoy life to its fullest and of course pray to the Almighty so that nothing untoward occurs.

How was my New Year Celebration ?
For the last two years, I spent my 31st in my respective room playing PC games. But this 31st I managed to have some 'fun'. It was just a simple bar-b-q party with all my cousins and friends which I enjoyed a lot but nothing special. I remember seeing boys dancing their ass off the house next door :S I promise they started dancing from 12 and when I went back to my place to sleep around 2 am, amazingly they were still dancing. Kudos to their stamina! \m/

My plans this year ?
Firstly, be regular in blogging. Last few blog posts, I promised myself to be regular but unfortunately, I wasn't. Right now I am 130% sure that not a single person is checking out my blog. :( Sad indeed but it needs fixing and ofcourse some updating with the layout.
Secondly, have to do a lot of work with AIESEC. Actually, this is the main reason for not updating my blog. I have been so busy with designing and giving logistical support for an upcoming event named NLDS, I hardly had time to sit and blog :( This shall not happen this year and the years coming ahead.
Lets not forget, Studies :P get good grades and actually I am still in the process of planning what to do :P

After getting admitted in North South University, I looked forward to joining some clubs and engage myself in some extracurricular activities. I came in contact with one particular 'club' which was lauded by all. I asked some seniors about this 'club' and the first thing they told me was, it was not a club but an organization, to be more precise, a global student-run organization. The name of this organization is AIESEC. It has about 50000 members worldwide with 800000 alumni and has about 4000 partners! It focuses on providing a platform for leadership qualities, to be a global citizen, to get the skills and experience that are needed in present. Furthermore, it provides an opportunity for students to do internships abroad with renowned organizations!

Over here in Bangladesh, the AIESEC chapter was formed in 1997, with North South University being the first member and then later on it shifted towards other 3 univeristies in Bangladesh.

To tell you the truth, I have never experienced such awesome and mind blowing recruitment process in my life. First of all, we submitted the application form by filling up some brain teasers and some questions. From those forms, selected people were called in for teams day. Now, Teams Day is the event where they test your skills and see if you have the calibre to be a member in AIESEC. Presentations, live sessions, challenges and what not to test you! But no, that is not the end of the procedure :) Those who perform well in Teams Day were called in for interview and then the final selection was made. So we can see there are 4 steps to get in AIESEC Bangladesh. Through thorough scrutiny, AIESEC wants to ensure it has the right people.

I had to go through this tough recruitment process and by the Grace of Allah, I made it through :) In AIESEC NSU, about more than 800 forms were given away, from where 200 were called in for Teams Day. After Teams Day, about 150 were called in for interview and finally only 54 were selected to be a part of this renowned organization.

Just after getting recruited, we had our first local conference, NISC ( National Induction and Strategic Conference) in Sylhet and had a wonderful time and more over, a great experience that shall not be forgotten.

Anyways, hope to bring you more about AIESEC in the days coming head.

One month of no blogging *sniff* Well, this was due to my exams but as all the exams are finished, I will now keep updating my blog more often. While heading towards home on a rickshaw with my brother, I thought of taking some random pictures with my new mobile phone which unfortunately turned out to have a very bad image quality. Anyways, as I uploaded the pictures to my pc, this one above seemed very interesting. I mean, who thought that a random photo shoot of the sky would turn out to reveal some sort of face!! It has two huge eyes which seems like the eyes of the aliens and a nose which is clearly visible! And below that, a smily face ?

Should Bangladesh send troops to Afghanistan ?

Firstly,the Bangladesh Army sends its troops to peacekeeping-missions under the helmet of the UN, so sending its troops to Afghanistan would simply be going to war, not a peace mission.

Richard Holbrooke, US special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan had requested Bangladesh's Foreign minister Dipu Moni to send troops in order to ensure stability and security in this war stricken country. A day later, the Taliban gave a clear warning to Bangladesh Govt. not to commit a 'historic' mistake by sending troops or else face dire consequences.

We should take this warning seriously as we know the power the Taliban possesses.I don't want my country to end up like Pakistan, with frequent suicide-bombings and people dying everyday. If the Govt of BD listens to the US's plea, the future of Bangladesh will be at stake. Whatever US is doing seems very dodgy. As the US started the war, its their duty to finish it. Why drag other countries and risk the lives of their troops ? Is this all part of a well drawn plan to create enemies among the Muslim nations ? A conspiracy ? Why doesn't US request sending troops from India instead ? Because according to my knowledge, India's Army is far better than the Bangladesh Army.

Anyways, the answer to the plea should be, "NEVER"

Recently, I have been spending a lot of time playing games in my PC. It is so because I have simply upgraded it after 5 years! Yes! Price of GPU ( Graphics Processing Unit) here in Bangladesh is a lot compared to the ones in USA. So, after a long wait, I decided to procure one from the US, the ATI Radeon HD 5770 (1GB). Due to this high powered GPU, I had to change my Power Supply too! otherwise my cpu would just go KABOooM!

So, in total i had to spend $260 and its definitely worth it! Graphics quality of most of the games were similar to the ones of XBOX 360 and PS3!

Obviously i wouldnt say that gaming in PC is far more better than X360! I just couldnt afford to buy a 360 so i had no other choice!! Maybe my next project would be to buy a 360!

Anyways, my pc specs is given below:

Everyday or should i say, every hour you would get informed of the new jobs posted and once you are interested in a particular job, you have to bid on it. Bidding ranges from $30 onwards. Bidding on a project does not necessarily mean that you have won it. Its upto the person who has posted it to choose the workers he would prefer. So in order to win, try to be the top most bidders.

Beautiful Curved Co-ordination showed by the Bangladesh Army Paratroopers in the National Parade Ground in Dhaka. Notice the way they are lined up to land on the exact same spot as others are landing! Amazing! And yes, most of the people present in this Military Hardware Show were amazed to see this rare sight.
All the three forces (Bangladesh Air Force, Bangladesh Army and Bangladesh Navy) took part in this astonishing show. The sad part, there was no fly-past by the Airforce, only missiles and aircrafts were on display :( Have to wait next year to see it.

What do you all do for a living ? You either do a job or have a business of your own. But when do you normally work for a living? You do it when you have atleast a high school education or a College /Master's Degree. You dont spend your young years working, do you ? You enjoy those years. Atleast you have some knowledge on what you are doing. Although there are some people who just drops out but they were somehow educated and have some skills which they can use to start something of their own.

There are people out there who have nothing at all and have to work to support their family. By the way, the people I am mentioning here are 6-12 year old kids, at times i even see 3 year old kids working just to earn a dollar or less for a living. This is the condition of the kids who are living in penury in Bangladesh and in other parts of the world and the numbers are increasing everyday. We call this, child labor. About 70% of the children aged 5-17 engage themselves in risky works such as steel cutting, car parts, breaking stones/bricks, conductors in bus , maid servants etc. According to the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics, about 7.5 million children are working from which about 1.3 million have engaged themselves in risky and deadly jobs.
Recently, I visited Cox's Bazar(one of the longest sea beach in the world) with my friends and enjoyed a lot. Whenever we visited the beach, there were many children who were begging us to buy something from them so that they can take the money and fill their stomach up as they did not have anything for breakfast. Some were happy because they were selling good but some were not. Take the photo for example, these kids have horses for the customers to hire and have a ride. Whats the price ? Its about Tk.100, about $ 1.38 and they have roughly about 4-5 customers per day. But not everyday they are this lucky to earn $5. I asked the boy on the right (photo) that, what was the problem of him being so gloomy and sad ? He answered, in a low tune, that from the morning he had no customers and was very tired as he walked a long way with his horse on the sand under the scorching sun with no slippers. Moreoever this horse is not his, its his boss's. If he doesn't get enough money for his boss he wouldnt get a penny as a punishment. Indeed, its very sad to see a boy who is supposed to get educated and have a fun lively life, working hard to support his family.

Trust me, there are children who are working in worse conditions here and are treated like animals. What can we do to stop this ? Just keep on writing articles(like me) and giving bold speeches ? When do we act? What will these children say to their children? What will these children turn out to be when they will be adults? Ofcourse, they will either steal or go deadly by killing people for money.
Not all the killers wanted to be killers, they were forced to be this because of penury and the way they were treated when they were young.
They have one great thing missing in their life and that is love. Love from parents and others. What did they do to deserve such brutal behaviour ?

Child labour is not only my country's problem but a great problem for the whole world. Its a disease like cancer which has no cure. We have to find a cure to decrease it. Lots of organisations have sprouted out to help the children and indeed they are doing a great job on tackling child labour. But is this enough? To me it seems we have a long way to go to achieve this goal and if we dont, we have to be sorry in the future.

Instead of studying Economics for an exam tomorrow, I don't have a clue why I am spending my time fiddling around with photoshop :S Well, yes I did read but have no more interest any more because I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO READ! Trust me, its boring. I mean if you do not get a nice professor, the subject sucks bad. Really bad. To get a firm grip on the subject, you must have an experienced and a cheerful Professor. If not, you are totally on your own to make it through the whole semester. I do not know about how you people (those in the university) deal with this problem, maybe its different, but for now what I know is, I wont score good tomorrow. Is my confidence level down ? or am i too lazy ?

Wait wait! Do not get excited! Its nothing new, its just your XBOX elite slimmed down, has become more quieter and increased its storage...and wala, this is your new XBOX 360. This has been announced recently in a media conference in LA just before the great-awesome-event E3 kicks off ( by now it has kicked off already). The new Xbox will be available next week. Actually shipping has already started to retailers so yes, everyone will be getting it this MONTH!

Anyways, this 'new xbox 360' has got integrated 2.4GHz 802.11n WiFi, 5 USB ports and 250GB of storage whereas your Elite had 120GB! and will conincide with the new Kinect(Project Natal) motion conroller!!!!

Moreover its black and chrome which would match with the upcoming Kinect (Project Natal) microphone and camera. Its lighter than the original one and most importantly, its quiet. According to Microsoft, they used the phrase 'whisper quiet' which means, I guess, no sound at all.

The price of this new Xbox? Its the same price for the Xbox Elite,$299.99.

So all of you future buyers of Xbox 360-Do not go for the Elite, grab the new one and show off to those who have the Elite. As I dont have a Xbox (because of Financial problem and ill be happy to accept donations from you .....just kidding :P) its a good news for me!Ill be able to buy something new and have something more better!! Russian Fighters VS American Fighters

Russia and US, friends on the outside, enemies in the inside. Always competing with each other in all areas mainly in Military Power. What interests me the most is the Air Power of both the nation's. In recent years, both USA and Russia are manufacturing powerful and oh-my-god fighter jets but the question is which ones better ?

Russia has already tested their new 5th generation fighter, T-50, a project developed with India's HAL, which unfortunately did not quite impress the leaders. It was designed to compete directly with the F-22 Raptor and the F35 Lightning II. What we expected was something unique and different design, but it seems the design is a common one but the technology used is definitely 5th generation. It is of course a stealth aircraft which has a new radar called the AESA which the manufacturers say will reduce pilot load. The sad part is, this fighter will be replacing the all-time-best Mig 29 fulcrum and the SUkhoi 27 flanker. Anyways, this doesn't mean that the Russian Air Force will be weakened, it is strong and is getting stronger day by day.

USA had already unveiled its demon way before the Russians. Oh the demon ? Its the F-22 Raptor. Its first flight was in 1990 and is already in service. Moreover US is already planning to put another demon in service, the F35 Lightning II.

So you see, US is way ahead and already has a 5th generation aircraft in service whereas the Russia's T-50 will enter service on 2012. Another point which puts US ahead would be that most of its fighters were used in combat which basically can tell us about its capabilities.

By reading this you might be thinking that I am trying to point out that Russian Air Force is weak. Never. You never know, they might be hiding their recent developments! Russia is not in war with any country so there is no point in showing off! Whereas US is still at war with two countries and maybe heading towards another so rapid development of their military is obviously necessary.

So who wins ??? I would say, as US is ahead in the race, it would be the US

Well, this is what happens in my country, Bangladesh and I am pretty much sure or maybe guess that this also occurs abroad. Over here, the support for both Brazil and Argentina is vast. Wherever i look when i am out, i see no other flags but of Brazil and Argentina's. Believe me or not, fans of both the teams fought with each other leaving both sides critically injured in a place called Pabna. Weird you think ? No, these are die-hard fans.

- The best way to spend time would be having a pet ! go on and play with it ! its fun :D

- Indulge yourself in any sort of activities of your interest , such as blogging, watching movies, gaming etc ( in simple terms having a hobby! )

- I wouldnt suggest inviting friends over to your house because you just cant call them up every single time when your bored, so why not install skype and have a video conference ?

Trust me, if you know how to use Photoshop well, you will love CS5. As i jumped from CS3 to CS5, skipping cs4, the thing that interested me the most was ..3D !! Sadly, I coudnt experience it well because I do not have a graphics card as it requires OpenGL :( But nothing to worry about because ATI Radeon HD 5770 is on its way from US to my house :D.

The Condition of Bangladesh is at its worst. 25 minute rainfall or more brings a lake at the level of the road. The reason-no proper drainage system. Whats our govt doing ? Are they not seeing this problem ? yes they are but they dont care because THEY do not suffer from it. Whenever any of them ( Awami Leauge or BNP ) comes to power, they have to take revenge against the opposition and we, the citizens, are the audiences. The future of Bangladesh is unknown. I see no development, but only underdevelopment.

I guess no one in this world is totally happy with their own govt. rite ? Ok, maybe not but most of them are not satisfied.

Its time for a new operating system.

Oh well, had enough of Microsoft ? Though its very user-friendly but i guess people are looking forward for something new. Its Google again with its new upcoming operating system, Google Chrome OS. It was announced on July 7 2009 and would be available to the public by Fall 2010. But here’s the confusion, it is not for desktop for now. Google’s Vice President Sundar Pichai has said that this OS has been designed ‘initially’ for Laptop Pcs and they are moving forward to the desktop Pc. So the one which will be available in Fall will only be for your lappys. Good news for the lappy users, bad news for the desktop users and GREAT news for the users who own both of em.

This is what Google says, ““Speed, simplicity and security are the key aspects of Google Chrome OS. We’re designing the OS to be fast and lightweight, to start up and get you onto the web in a few seconds. The user interface is minimal to stay out of your way, and most of the user experience takes place on the web. And as we did for the Google Chrome browser, we are going back to the basics and completely redesigning the underlying security architec ture of the OS so that users don’t have to deal with viruses, malware and security updates. It should just work.”

Excellent point, ‘dont have to deal with viruses’, this is something that has being bugging us all when browsing in Windows. Thanks to google, they have come up with a solution

This OS is specially designed for the internet users which means, concentrates mainly on Internet stuff. As they have said, they emphasized on mainly speed, simplicity, and security;I was wondering did they take any steps for gaming ? Cause if they wont it will be a great disaster for their market. Honestly, the main market is the youth and the youth enjoy gaming to the power infinity and if this is not taken care off, i guess it OS chrome will end up in the bin with Linux, kicked out by Microsoft. Gaming is not the only factor which might cause it to fail, there are other factors like will it be able to run softwares like adobe photoshop and others. And by gaming i meant HARDCORE gaming, not the casual ones. You never know what Google will offer next, Google is the great white shark coming to eat up Microsoft, the bold steps that they are taking is frightening Microsoft tremendously. Anyways, mixed feelings about this OS, until its out we will only hear rumors and speculations. What we need to do is-Wait.

UFO Hunters – Area 51 Revealed

Area 51, what is it ? Most of you might know and most of you might not know. Lets put it in a simple sentence. Area 51 is a secret military base located in Nevada Desert which the US govt. STILL denies it existence although its rite before our eyes. Anyways, this show which I have watched today was amazing! It clearly showed that the Govt is hiding ‘something’ . The question is what is it hiding ? Some say its UFOs, secret military jets, high-tech weaponry, aliens? Who knows?

Well, enough of introductory notes cause im sure 70% of the people (even more) know about it rite now. Yes they know it exists but no ones sure whats going on in the inside. In this show, the team explains the Area 51 in details and take interviews with former workers of Area 51. Fighters circling around, camo dudes, motion sensors, camera and what not is there to protect the base from outsiders.
Whats more shocking is that, the use of deadly force is authorized! Thats too mean and..unethical. The most interesting part is when one of the team members climbs up the Tikkaboo hill to have a clear view of the base and shoots the whole scene with a HD camera!! According to the guide this is the first time someone has brought a HD camera this high!!(God knows if its true or false). Cameras were set on another place to take panoramic videos for 3 days straight to capture any UFO zooming around. In the end they do spot a dot falling 10000 ft below and by doing some calculation they come up with the speed of the object, about 3500m/s No jets fly THAT FAST! It is indeed an UFO.

A new trend.

Blogging is definitely the new trend in the world of cyber-space. I have seen more and more people are engaging themselves in learning website designing/blogs to publish a site of his/her own. Reason ? Earning Easy Money, in short EEM.

Although people spend maximum time on social networking sites mainly Facebook, blogging is no different. Actually who wouldn’t want to blog ? To some it might seem hectic due to the maintenance of it but to some its a great hobby (like me!)
Its a great way to write whatever a person wishes to write about such as articles, reviews, how to blog, news etc. Earning through blogging is great! This has created a huge uproar in the society and thanks to this more people are willing to get educated on how to run computers, how to blog , website desining, graphics designing etc. People have now realized that theres nothing better than earning money from your home sweet home. Both the sides (blogger and the Ads) are glad and wishes to carry on the mission. No ones loosing! Everyones winning! As days pass by more n more people are signing up to create a blog and start earning. Although you cant just jump to earn, there are obviously some procedures that you have to undertake. Trust me, its simple and there is nothing easier than earning just by sitting in your home.

Wonder what will be next ? earning through instant messaging i presume?

-Well, after days of studies who doesnt want a day off? So i headed towards my friends place and as soon as I entered his house, both of us started playing the X360. Call of Duty 2 Modern Warfare, a perfect modern warfare game. Though we could not play co-op, the multi-player was awesome. Sound of the gunshots is drool worthy and the most amazing thing of all is that its possible to shoot through the walls. I mean, its totally realistic. Guns, Graphics etc all perfect.
Anyways, as we couldn't play co-op we switched to Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and if you would tell me to rate it, I would give it a 10 out of 10. It really seemed as if we were in a real situation where we have to neutralize the enemies as quick as possible and not to forget, making a strategy to defeat them. Its not a simple shooter game where you go around and shoot the enemies. These enemies have a high A.I. and if you want to be a hero, you might end up getting a head-shot. Sneaking under the door, putting on thermal glasses, night-vision, customizing your guns with laser scope or a 6x scope what not! This game has it all. What else can you expect from Tom Clancy's ? The best of the best.
Next up was ACE COMBAT 6, though it was a demo still enjoyed playing it. At first I expected it to be a simulation game where you can take-off, press the buttons, land etc but it was not as I expected it to be. A simple arcade game with good graphics. I cant comment on it as I have just played the demo.
Well, putting COD and Rainbow Six into the same category is not possible. All I can say is that both of them stand the best in their respective genre. But yeh, COD co-op would be much better and fun to play. Who knows ? Co-op might be included in the next COD.

Well, this is my first blog and hope to have awesome time blogging here! I always wanted to blog but kept on thinking what will I write here? Now i realize I can do what ever I want and share with the world !

Lets start with the weather here in Bangladesh– unpredictable will the best word to choose! Did not see the sky for about 2 days, it seems the cloud is acting like a protective shield. Seems depressing at times though but the best part, its very cool.
The problem is we, the citizens, do not know what to want at all! When the weather is cool and gloomy, we want sunshine but when there is sunshine (too much of it) we pray to God to pour down rain!

Anyways, this is it for my first blog and a very random post! Hope to bring in new stuff every day!
